Step 1: Tell us about your pets

Let us know:

🐾 Which pet(s) need care

🐾 The dates and times you're away

🐾 Any special requirements or considerations

🐾 A little bit about their personality and routine

We'll then match you with a sitter who is both available and a great fit for your pet and their needs.

Step 2: Meet & Greet

Before your booking, we'll arrange a meet and greet so everyone can get to know each other and make sure it's the perfect match.

We'll also ask you to complete our Pet Sitting Form, which includes important information such as:

🐾 Feeding routines and medication instructions

🐾 Where food, leads and supplies are kept

🐾 Household routines and expectations

🐾 House rules for both your pets and their sitter

🐾 Emergency contacts and veterinary information

Because the little details help us make your pet's stay feel as normal and comfortable as possible.

Step 3: Secure Your Booking

Once everything is confirmed, we'll lock in your booking and you'll pay a 50% deposit to reserve your dates.

The remaining balance is due at check-out, although prepayments are always welcome if you'd prefer to have everything organised before your trip.

We know preparing for a trip can be busy, so we'll make the booking process as simple and stress-free as possible.

Step 4: Relax & Enjoy Your Time Away

While you're away, your pets can enjoy all the comforts of home with plenty of love, companionship and personalised care.

You'll receive:
