Transport FAQ's

What are the transport times?

Morning pick-ups generally run between 7:45am and 9:00am, with afternoon drop-offs from approximately 4:30pm to 6:00pm, depending on your location and daily route.

What does my dog need for transport?

Your dog should wear a flat collar (martingales are fine for sighthounds). If your dog requires lunch or medication, we'll discuss this before their first booking.

Is transport included with day care?

No. Transport is an optional add-on service and can be selected when booking your dog's day care.

Is transport safe?

Absolutely. Dogs travel in secure, size-appropriate crates within our custom-built, climate-controlled van. All transport is provided by trained Happy Paws Waggy Tails staff.

How do you access my home?

Whether you're home, provide a key or use a lockbox, we'll work with whatever suits your household. We'll confirm all access arrangements before your dog's first journey.

Can I request a specific pick-up time?

We'll always provide an estimated arrival window, however exact times depend on daily route planning. Transport bookings require at least 24 hours' notice.
