Our services
Leave your dog with us anytime after 7.30am and pick up before 6.30pm Monday to Friday. Please note we require all dogs to be vaccinated (proof of vaccination to be provided), desexed if they are over 12 months old, and at minimum of 10 weeks of age.
Walking
At Happy Paws Waggy Tails, we offer a unique dog walking experience that makes us different from the pack. Instead of large pack walks, we provide the option for solo or family walks. Whether your furry friend needs a quick jaunt around the block or an adventure to the beach or on a hike, we have got you covered.
If your dog needs some stimulation or exercise, we can customise our services to fit their needs. We cater to both bored pups and athletic marathon runners.
Training
We have three available trainers, Elliot, Tyler and Chelsea who all use a loving approach. The HPWT trainers takes on all dogs and all challenges. HPWT is happy to take on anti-social dogs that other trainers reject.
All our trainers are balanced trainers. They use primarily positive reinforcement, and when necessary other training tools in cases where an old behaviour is not working and a new behaviour needs to be implemented. Some of the training tools that may be used are harnesses, slip collars. training collars and in rare cases an e-collar. We will also get your parental consent before using any new training methods on your pup. Part of the training often includes homework excercises for you. Working with both you and your pet is the best way to get the desired results from your training.
The Happy Paws Waggy Tails family is thrilled to announce the launch of our very first doggy daycare! Our loyal customers can expect the same tailored experience they've come to adore from our team.
Your furry friend can mingle with other pups, acquire new skills, and exercise to their heart's content, all under our expert care. We provide supervised playtime, structured activities, training, and naps, plus you can even arrange for a grooming session to make sure they come back home smelling delightful!
Daycare
Pawsome library
Check out our fluffing great range of toys available to hire from the HPWT 'Pawsome library'. Each toy can be borrowed from the library for a period of two weeks – generally this will coincide with your walks or training sessions with HPWT. Each toy costs just $5 for the two-week period and will be billed each time you borrow.All toys come with detailed instruction sheets to ensure you know how to use them, and so your dog gets the most benefit out of the toy.
Sleepovers & home visits
Unfortunately there are some places we can't take our furry friends. If you pooch is a homebody, and you can't bear to leave your baby at a kennel, we have home-stay options where one of our trusted staff can look after your pup in the comfort of their own home. We can stay, feed, walk, play and love your doggo whilst you enjoy your time away from home.
